TEENS
For a fee of only $20 monthly with an adult or $30 monthly without an adult, your teens ages 14-20 can receive the healthcare they need in a setting where they will feel comfortable and supported as they transition into adulthood.
YOUNG ADULTS
For a fee of only $50 monthly, young adults from the ages of 21-35 can receive the healthcare they need, including annual physicals, routine gyn exams, symptomatic treatment of acute illness, and management of chronic conditions.
ADULTS
For a fee of only $80 monthly, adults from the ages of 36-64 can receive the healthcare they need, including annual physicals, routine gyn exams, symptomatic treatment of acute illness, and management of chronic conditions.
SENIORS
For our patients above the age of 65, we do accept Medicare. In the event you do not have Medicare we charge our patients over the age of 65 a monthly fee of $50 to provide their healthcare needs, including annual physicals, symptomatic treatment of acute illness, and management of chronic conditions.
What are the benefits of Direct Primary Care?
Dealing with health issues can be challenging. You shouldn't have to go it alone. The beauty of the direct access model of patient care is that we are able to manage all of your primary care needs with a very reasonable flat monthly fee. Since we do not bill commercial insurance this allows us to treat many issues remotely through our patient portal or through telemedicine, and if you need to be seen in person, it allows us to give you the time you deserve. We have kept our patient panel relatively small to prevent long wait times for appointments, and to enable us to deliver individualized, quality care. Dr. Chen is board certified in Internal Medicine. She did her undergraduate training at MIT. She attended St. George's University School of Medicine and completed her internship and residency at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ. She has been in practice since 2007, and founded Internal Medicine of Manassas prior to opening Dimensions Direct Primary Care.
For Dr. Chen, medicine is not only a career, but a passion. She believes in a personalized approach, and strives to be the kind of physician her patients can feel comfortable talking to. Dr. Chen spends time with her patients, and chose to adopt a direct access model of care in order to be able to continue to provide the quality of care she feels her patients deserve.
